I worked for five years in several portfolio companies with strong transformative responsibilities, accompanying the entire value creation process from company acquisition to exit.
Furthermore, I have over twelve years of practical experience in industries such as automotive, construction, and mechanical engineering – both in operational roles and in consulting. As CEO, I successfully led three companies and possess strong turnaround expertise.
This includes the rapid stabilization and realignment of companies, stopping cash outflows, and restoring profitability. In addition, I have several years of experience in the Austrian SME acquisition ecosystem and a strong network in the greater Linz area.
